WHAT ARE WE DOING?From today, WFD will transition back towards a more traditional GP model of providing care for patients; so that we are able to offer appointments in 1-2 weeks. Waihi Family Doctors is growing!

Thanks for your support Waihi, our patient numbers have continued to grow since we've opened, and we've outgrown our lovely building at 41 Kenny St. Good news - our new building at 43 Kenny St (yes, right next door) is going up quickly and we are excited to be moving in soon. New Low Fees from 1st October 2015

Waihi Family Doctors is pleased to announce that from the 1st of October we will be a Very Low Cost Access (VLCA) funded practice. This means we will receive extra funding to make going to the doctor more affordable. ADULTS will pay $17.50 for routine appointments ZERO fees will continue for under 18's. Zero Fees for under 18's at WFD

Not only FREE under 13's but FREE under 18's at Waihi Family Doctors!! From 1 July 1 2015, all children under 13 are eligible for free general practice visits, both during the day and after-hours at Waihi Family Doctors. This includes accident related ACC consultation.
